Terrorism Offences
A terrorist is anyone who is concerned with instigating, preparing or committing acts of terrorism. In some cases money laundering and public disorder can also be considered as activity related to terrorism. Some offences include, but are not limited to:

Sexual Offences
More importantly, if you are legally represented you are entitled to “disclosure” before any interview. This means that the police will provide some advance notice about the allegation(s) and what they want to question you about.
